CARING COMMITTEE When someone's in
the hopsital, a baby is born, someone get married, celebrates an anniversary, birthday or experiences a death in the family,
this committee keeps track of all the church family occasions. Dedicated to making hospital visits, home visits
and/or calls to those homebound these folks are the extra prayers, extra thoughts and extra efforts that help us feel like
a Church Family. The committee meets the first Saturday of each quarter 9:30AM - 10:30AM. If you're interested in
joining, just show up and join!

|
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION This committee oversees the quarterly curriculum for the Sunday School Classes for all the Christian
Ed from Adults down to the Nursery. They explore various new trends, look at new studies, and new styles and find out what
appeals to the general congregation. They also oversee the Children's Church program providing Children's
Church every sunday.

JOY HALL, MAUREEN HEEMSTRA

COMMUNION PREPARATION TEAM Every month, communion happens. Quiety and silently
it's setup, served and cleaned up. These ladies prepare and put out the trays for both services, and then switch
them between serivces, and then clean up after the services and put everything away. Multiple
members help spread out the work and help each be able to share the duties and be flexible. More members are wlecome
to share the duties, take different months or different services. Anyone is welcome to join. Contact Debbi Willis in the church
office.

DECOR COMMITTEE Do
you like to sew, craft or create? Then, join this committee who also makes the banners we enjoy up on our stage. Join
in helping change out the banners on a regular basis for communion every month, and from season to season, creating new banners
and overall looking after and decorating with flowers. At Christmas, this committee puts up the Christmas tree and decorates
the church for the holidays. They are also consulted on any decorum changes.

DRAMA COMITTEE This committee works
on skits for during the sermons, puts on productions during the Christmas and Easter season and overall is available for any
dramatic efforts the church might want to undertake. Anyone is welcome to join, and a leader is needed to head this committee
up!

FELLOWSHIP COMMITTEE Social activities
like bowling,picnics, Taco Baco night etc throughout the year, potluck dinners, baptisms buffets, and the dinner for
6 program are just a few of the things the Fellowship Committee oversee. When we do a Dinner Theatre, they also manage that
dinner to the evening as well! Being involved here helps the church enjoy each other's fellowship and gives us a chance
to get together once in a while and have fun together!

GAL'S HALF DAY AWAY Joy
Frye's brainstorm for a Gal's MiniRetreat has been a wonderful respite for many ladies who've attended these events.
Join Joy either at the beach or her home or sometimes somewhere special, for a breakfast/brunch buffet, great bible study
on the traits of God and getting to know Him and ourselves! A wonderfully refreshing time in the Word with our Lord and our
sisters in Christ!

GREETERS
COMMITTEE The Greeters are vital to our front doors of the church
and welcoming everyone who enters! Greeters are the first impressions that show the friendliness of our church and the warmth
we hope all visitors feel. If you enjoy meeting and greeting people, have a great smile and a handshake for everyone, then
contact Mildred Carnall about joining this team. Greeters are always needed for all services.

MEALS MINISTRY Whenever there's
a birth, death in the family, illness or recovery from surgery, our ladies are available for Christine to call to line up
meals for a time afterwards to help the family through the period of adjustment. Just call Christine to get your name on her
list for those times when she needs to call someone to line up meals for people in need. This is a wonderful ministry greatly
appreciated by those who need it.

MEN'S BREAKFAST MINISTRY Frank
Frye and Gil Bardeau head up the Men's Breakfast once on month on the fourth Saturday of every month unless agreed to
recess. The Men gather for a hot breakfast (usually pancakes of a variety of flavors) and enjoy great fellowship, good testimonies,
and a good bible study. As "iron sharpens iron" so our men help each other through this fellowship. Join them every
month for this great ministry!

MEN IN ACTION Open
to all adult men in the congregation, Men In Action is our outreach ministry to River Sound. Our participants are available
to any residents of River Sound for a variety of tasks such as yard maintenance, moving, home repairs, and much more.
|
|
|
|
MISSIONS COMMISSION Being a mission-minded
church, we have a large budget dedicated to our missionaries. We have a commisison that oversees that budget, the missionaries,
their visits, and prayers for them, and our short term mission trips and plans for the church. If you have a heart for the
missions, feel free to talk to the mission chairman and join this commission.

NURSERY MINISTRY Do you enjoy children,
like to oversee other's babies and youngsters? The nursery ministry does just that during our services and helps parents
be able to enjoy their service and sunday school time. Currently, we're looking for a nursery director, but if you just
want to volunteer to help, please contact the church office and we'll put in touch with the right people.

THE SOURCE STUDENT MINISTRY BOTH MID-HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL AGE STUDENTS Our Youth program for the church, comprised of the
middle school and high school student of our church. Full of life lessons applied through serious bible studies and great
fellowship together. Pastor Tim and his wife Amy meet the students where they are and help them deal with the issues they
face on a daily basis today.

USHERS MINISTRY Our ushers
see to it everyone gets a bulletin and a second smiling greeting when they enter the sanctuary. They also help with the collections
and see to it everyone finds a seat. If you're interested in serving the church while you're here for services, and
don't mind a little extra standing time, talk to our deacon, Glen Somerville about becoming part of the ushers committee.

WHITE CROSS MINISTRY Currently
recessed until a call goes out for the need, our White Cross Ladies, make bandages from sheets by stripping down into strips
and rolling them so they can be shipping to the Tandala hospital in Africa. They meet quarterly when they meet.

|
|
WOMEN'S MINISTRY Currently
dormant, our women's ministry comes alive when we have women's retreats and is usually most at work through out Gal's
Half Day with Joy Frye.
